¹ Earn a 3% rebate on Net Purchases at retail establishments that classify their merchant location for Visa and MasterCard as a gas station, and a 1% rebate on all other Net Purchases ("Net Purchases" means purchases of goods and services made by you or any authorized user on your Account minus any returns or refunds.) Net Purchases at merchants that are classified as gas stations will earn an additional 3% rebate during the first 90 days after the Enrollment Date in the program. ("Enrollment Date" is the day on which we approve you as a Program member.)

You will not earn rebates on balance transfers, cash advances, overdraft protection advances, convenience checks, money orders, finance charges, unauthorized or fraudulent charges, or fees of any kind, including fees for products that protect or insure the balances of your Account. Rebates will be deducted for any returns or credits made on your Account. Rebates will appear on your monthly statement. Maximum rebate accumulation on your Account for 3% rebate Net Purchases is $15 monthly, which is $500 of Net Purchases that earn a 3% rebate. 1% rebate Net Purchases are excluded from the cap and earn unlimited rebates.
